Delete your Orbit account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Orbit and tap the settings button.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete my account. It happens right away.

Without the app

Email support@orbitsi.app from the email address on your account (or tell us the name on it if you signed in with Apple) with the subject "Delete my Orbit account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What's deleted

• Your login, name and email
• Your Orbit miles and rank
• Everything unlocked in your Garage
• Your road reports and votes
• Places you saved to your account
• Trip-sharing links and flight alerts
• Your assistant and voice usage counts

What's kept, and for how long

• Nothing that identifies you. Orbit keeps an anonymous history of where and when road hazards were reported (no name or account attached) so it can warn drivers about trouble spots.
• Backups of Orbit's database roll over and are gone within 30 days.

Settings, saved places and trip history that live only on your phone are removed when you delete the app.
