Alpha Tester Agreement

Version 1.0 · Effective October 27, 2026 · Orbit SI, from Fort Detroit Logistics LLC

Thanks for helping test Orbit SI. This short agreement is between you and Fort Detroit Logistics LLC, which makes Orbit SI. You accept it when you apply to test or tap I agree.

1. Keep it to yourself until launch

Please don't post or share screenshots, videos or details of features that aren't public yet. Saying "I'm testing Orbit SI" is fine, and so is anything Orbit has already announced.

2. Feedback

Orbit can use your ideas and reports to improve the app, with no payment owed.

3. It's a test version

The app may have bugs. Directions, alerts and crash alerts are guidance, not guarantees. Never handle your phone while driving: mount it and use your voice, or let a passenger run the test.

4. No taking it apart

Don't copy, reverse-engineer or share the test build. Your TestFlight invite is just for you.

5. Ending

Either of us can stop at any time. The confidentiality part ends when a feature is public, or 12 months after you stop testing, whichever comes first.

Questions: support@orbitsi.app. Our Privacy Policy and Terms also apply.

This is version 1.0, accepted by testers who joined before October 29, 2026. The current agreement applies to new testers.
